The staff at the reception were quite helpful. They facilitated a room change for me in under an hour after I requested it due to street noise. The cleaning personnel were very friendly too.
The room did not fully match the description I saw online. It lacked a seating area with armchairs. The workspace under the television was also inconvenient.

The room was spacious and very clean. A safe, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee machine with coffee were present. They cleaned the room and replaced the water and coffee every day, which i appreciated.

The hotel is located steps away from Kurfürstendamm, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, including U and S bahn stations. Many luxury brand boutiques are very close to the location. I found it very convenient.

The breakfast restaurant was spacious with a decent choice of options. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste, and it was a perfect start to each day. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff answered all my questions quickly. They speak both German and English fluently. My room allowed a little fresh air from the open window. Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom. The location made it easy to reach bars and restaurants.

Breakfast featured excellent and varied options. A very varied buffet exists. Lemon water was available in the lobby area. fruits are freely accessible to guests. It worked really well.

The room had high ceilings and spacious windows. These windows allowed a lot of natural light. A capsule coffee machine was included inside the room. This machine and other things are replenished each day.

The staff was polite and helpful. The staff always smiled and greeted me. Check-in went very smoothly. I felt welcomed and cared for by all the staff.

the location proved perfect for sightseeing. it was within walking distance of many attractions.. i also appreciated the central location. the receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
the shower experience was not ideal. water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. the grab bar in the shower felt loose, i worried it might fall off if i grabbed it too hard. there was no nonslip rug initially, but i requested one.
